I can see the problem. I don't know how the silkscreen got so
confused. Reading from L to R they should be R11, R12, R13. The
300/150/300 lettering is in the right place. Use: 1200 / 120 /
1200, closer to the first rev. of the board. (150 -> 120).<br>

R11 connects to VCC, but on the inner layers. It will take an
ohmmeter to discover this.<br>
R12 connects to R11 & R13.<br>
R13 connects to GND on the top and bottom layers of the board.
