Jameco changes part number every so often. So if you can't find a particular part number try typing generic part number (e.g. 74LS174) in their search.
Right now it gives me 3 part numbers: 46931, 301760, and 1016979 (this one is available in multiplies of 25). The difference between these parts is likely the brand. For 301760 and 1016979 they list Texas Instruments, while 46931 is generic (major brands). Both will do, so take the cheaper one :-)
Also in case you can't find certain components, try looking for compatible ones, for example 74ALS174, 74F174, 74HCT174 or 74AHCT174. There is a document on Wiki about compatibility of various logic IC families:
