If there are other PCBs the builders want available please let me know.
I'm good for a couple 4PIO and a full set of 6x0x boards (I see the
backplane only is in stock). I don't have any time at all, "right now",
but they would make a good winter project. Back when it was new, I did a
LOT of OS-9 so you can guess what I'd be focusing on porting. How much I
remember after quarter century is another question. I could have pulled it
off in '84 for sure, but in 2014 not so sure.

A trade thread or wiki page might be interesting. For example if someone
bought one of the above but turns out not to want to build it, or can't, or
whatever, they're out $22. I'm willing to paypal someone a total $30 for
any of the above, they pay postage, with the requirement that they're
undamaged, not soldered, basically untouched as shipped by Andrew
originally. So I'm giving them back their original money and buying them a
beer for their time at the post office. I am uninterested in assembled or
partially assembled boards at this time; a Huge part of the appeal to me is
putting them together.

I'd be interested in another S2I board.
I've got parts to build another already, just no PCB. ( I just got power
supply so I'm finally going to be able to start testing the one that I
built this weekend )

Andrew,

I have been seriously considering building a 6x09 system of late and started
to design my own system and after reading your recent email, I went back and
looked at the second revision of the 6809 SBC PCB and it does look
interesting, but neither OS-9 nor NitrOS-9 nor even Flex9 have been ported
to it yet, and I don't know how involved it would be to port an entire OS
like NitrOS-9 v3.2.8 which is the last stable version to this PCB. I need
to really think on this because funds are really tight right now and when I
do make a move I want to be absolutely sure everything will work. Do you
have any thoughts along these lines or any other thoughts concerning the
6x09 SBC PCB that I don't know about. I noticed that there is no I/O on the
CPU board. Was this intentional? I'd like to see my first 6809 SBC work
perfectly by itself, but I don't see how this goal can be achieved when a
minimum of two PCBs have to be built just to get a serial RS-232 port
working. I don't need any of the Z80 support that the Mezzanine I/O PCB
provides at this point. I'm concentrating on just the 6x09 world right now.
Don't get me wrong. I really like what you guys are doing. I think it is
great! I just don't know if I can use the 6x09 board yet. Any help
understanding what all I can do with this board is much appreciated. After
starting to lay out the specifications for my own 6x09 computer, I have
really come to realize just how much thought, blood, sweat , tears and
frustration goes into designing, fabricating, populating, testing, and doing
the whole process over and over again until a successful solution is found a
project like this requires. A bunch indeed, so I do salute your fine
efforts. Is there any way to get the 6x09 board running by itself with just
a serial port? Thank you in advance. Keep up the great work! J

Kip

Subject: [N8VEM: 16083] PCB reorders

Hi

For the first time in months I am finally able to consider PCB reorders
again. Starting off slowly and hope to ramp up again later this year. Am
ordering a batch of ECB backplane PCBs for now. If anyone wants one please
let me know.

If there are other PCBs the builders want available please let me know.
Hopefully we can get going on them and start moving again.

I appreciate your patience. Thanks and have a nice day!

Andrew,

I would be good for: 6x0x host board (already have 1, but want a second),
6x0x I/O mezz, 6x0x Bus board.
