To All,

I just posted a second test code for boards being brought to life. This
is an experimental code showing the direction I would like to see "Board
Setup" take.

Specifically, I would like to see feedback on the third line of output,
the one which begins:

"Phase 0: phi= ...

The numbers printed are significant to the test to determine the
oscillator frequency.
