Hi all,
is there a method of testing the parallel port propellor board before I
connect it to the Zeta, just to make sure all is done correctly?

Hi Bob,

If you can find a way to get +5V regulated power to the board, you should
be able to see the VGA output on a monitor. If you want to try this, you
will need to be very careful where you inject the +5V.

Note that once you connect it to the Zeta, you can start your Zeta with the
"zeta_ppp" pre-built ROM and run the test program called "TSTPPP.COM" to
thoroughly test the board.
