Just a thought...........

Could you add an option to select 256 byte sector/block drives? The
technique often used is to then "pad out" or skip the second 256 byte block
of each sector.

The card would then work with many legacy systems such as: TRS-80, BBC,
Atari etc - they all use 256 byte sectors whilst a hardware solution would
avoid patching OS's.

Patching is fine, however I much prefer to just "plug & play" so to
speak............
