Binary and source distributions of the SBC-188 BIOS have been posted
on the Wiki:

The re-written floppy disk driver makes full use of the hardware fix
posted last month:

This driver adds code for all sizes and densities of IBM floppies
from 360K up to 1.44M, and finally supports the "Format" BIOS call.
Support for CVDU, ANSI, and Wyse consoles is maintained. The distro
also includes the version 2.0 EMM driver for the 4MEM board.

The BIOS identifies itself as version 2.1-42.
