As far as I know all the pcbs were designed using kicad. I coukd be
wrong...

Is there any files for eagle in on the site only can find pdfs to start
am building using thanks im advance

That is correct. Most projects are designed using KiCad, only few using
Eagle.

Freeware version of Eagle CAD limits board size to 100 x 80 mm, so not
really useful for Eurocard (100 x 160 mm) form factor. Of course there is
Eagle hobbyist/non-profit license which is relatively affordable. But then
if there is a free/open source software which gets the job done, why not to
use it?

If you want to make / order PCB yourself you have two choices:
1. Download Gerber files. Most PCB manufacturers will accept them
2. Install KiCad and generate Gerber files or print stencils using it.
In case for whatever reason you can't find these files, just ask here...

BTW if you think about manufacturing PCBs at home, IMHO most N8VEM designs
are too complicated to be manufactured at home: they have too many too thin
traces, a lot of vias, etc.
