I can't find it on my schematics either; but check the traces. If
they involve bus pins C31 and C26, then this is the RESET option,
an addition to the board after the routing. For N8VEM legacy
compatibility, the correct jumper is 1-2 (RESET out on pin C31).
The jumper position 2-3 allows for compatibility with boards
decades earlier from the German manufacturer Kontron, whose bus
was copied for N8VEM, but with one minor mixup. 2-3 option places
RESET out on pin C26, and Reset Switch input on C31, which is what
Kontron intended.<br>

All of the newer N8VEM boards have this jumper somewhere, although
everyone, AFAIK, is still using the N8VEM legacy setting 1-2.<br>
