Fantastic article.

Quite relevant too for those keen builders who like to create CPUs out of
TTL chips eg http://www.mycpu.eu/

I'm going to stick with premade CPU's where some boffin has already done
the hard work of solving the 'ripple problem' :)

Caution! My antivirus s/w claims that the link in the previous article
("mycpu . eu") connects to a site that tries to plant a virus on your
system.

Hi James,

MyCPU is a cool project (and it reminds me how much wider audience can
be attracted by good documentation). My attempts to build MyCPU lead me
to find by chance also the N8VEM project, and later to build one Z80 SBC.
The only minus I saw with MyCPU was that noone produces these boards
right now, and in comparison the N8VEM community continuously provides an
outstanding support to every new member, be it for acquiring or debugging
boards.

I really hope that everyone on this list is having a great time with their
favourite CPUs.

Regards,
picmaster
