If anyone is interested, a while back, I recompiled the SWTPCemu from
evenson consulting so that I could use it under Windows 7 64 bit. I can
zip it up post it here.

Ok,
Aaron is correct. I got confused about which emulator I had recompiled.
My issue with the SWTPemu was getting it unzipped succesfully I finally
used something called jZip and was successful.

What I did recompile for Windows 7 64 bit and can provide if anyone is
interested is Les Bird's H89 Emulator.

Sorry for the confusion. So if you want SWTPemu, just download it and use
an appropriate unzip tool and it will work fine. It runs either Flex or
Flex9.
